The core functionalities currently include:

Recipes are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

(b) Meal Planning

The application offers a meal planning tool that generates suggested menus based on user-defined preferences (e.g. dietary goals, restrictions, food exclusions). Users are responsible for reviewing all suggested content for suitability. This feature may incorporate automated suggestions, including machine-learning-based recommendations.

(c) Cooking Assistance

A guided mode (“Start Cooking”) is available to support users during food preparation. This includes visual instructions, timers, and optional voice prompts. This functionality is intended for convenience only and does not guarantee cooking outcomes or safety.

Visual indicators may reflect approximations of food group balance. These tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute dietary or clinical advice.
